The first seminar-discussion for the citizens of Druzhba neighborhood in Ruse was conducted on 17th of May 2017 in the local House of Culture “G. Benkovski-1937”. The event was held in the frames of the CIVITAS ECCENTRIC project aiming to provide information about the project tasks of the Ruse municipality.
The main topics were: what means “a sustainable mobility” and how important is it for Druzhba residents; the need of PT during the day and the night and how to improve the safety by new side-walks and cross-walks in the region.
The participants shared their transport and mobility problems and gave a lot of recommendations for strengthening the mobility in their neighborhood – all this in a very friendly environment with a cup of coffee and cakes and many other nice surprises.
