The main objective is to show companies and their employees the attractiveness of public transport systems compared to car use. Especially in the New Member States private car ownership is rising rapidly. BENEFIT will address this issue and aims to achieve a modal shift from the car back to public transport, and in the process, achieve substantial energy savings, emissions reductions and cost reductions.

The project partners are organizations from 8 EU MS. The Bulgarian partner is CSDCS.

Project documents
In the process of project implementation the partners elaborated series of documents, summarising the achievements in different EU MS and proposed many good practices in mobility management to other countries.
Newsletters
During the project implementation 5 newsletters were issued and disseminated thus promoting the good results of the project.

On the brochures, which can be downloaded from the project site, you can see all project results and in particular these achieved by CSDCS in Bulgaria with the partnership of the Sofia Municipality and the Bulgarian National Radio.
